19 Aug Encouraging your parents and older people to barbell train.
Getting your parents to barbell train and focus on strength is VERY difficult.
Watch this short video for some tips that may help.
1. Get a home gym or find a private gym (like ours!) for them to train in.
2. Invite them over for coffee, show them your gym. Show them your training log. LET THEM KNOW HOW PROUD YOU ARE OF YOUR PROGRESS. This is very important.
3. Point them to our site. Let them watch Dr. Sullivan’s short videos.
